  • Gotta love Britney Spears right, way wrong!!  I am not a fan of hers and what she did recently certainly solidifies it. I think we've all seen the photos of young Britney driving away in her vehicile with her baby on her lap, we'll all I say is what could she be thinking! She drove in her vehicle two miles with baby in one hand on her lap and steering the wheel in the other. Britney defends her actions by saying, "I was terrified that this time the physically agressive paparazzi would put both me and my baby in danger," "I instinctively took measures to get my baby and me out of harm's way, but the paparazzi continued to stalk us," "I love my child and would do anything to protect him." Do you buy her excuse?  I understand that the paparazzi is vicious and especially with a famous star like Spears they want to get any picture of you at any time. But doesn't the safety of the baby come first. I mean if that's true why don't you ask your brother(who was the other passenger) to drive the car and you can sit in the backseat with the baby. But honestly her reason is weak, she wasn't even wearing a seat belt and she didn't strap the baby in the car seat in the back seat. Suppose she would of been clipped or rear-ended by another car, the airbag would of been deployed and it would of killed the baby. Hello does that register to her. Anyhow people can say she's young and it's no big deal, but to me she should hold some accountablity. Some signs of "I was wrong to do this" would help but I doubt she'll ever say anything like that.
