I saw Date Movie tonight it's a take off on romantic movies. It was good, it had some gross-out humor some of it was interesting. I would give it a B. If it were me I would of changed the ending where at the last minute the guy instead of marrying the red head Julie(Alyson Hannigan) would of married the hot blonde who was the guys best man. They could of done something weirdly comedic at the last minute at the wedding but decided to go as is. All in all the movie was ok. Though I hate it when people talk or make noises throughout the movie. It was a packed theatre and it did have alot of teenagers so maybe I should of known they would of made noises, but still you still want to listen to what the movie is. Just an observation. Since I'm taking a World Politics class I figure I might see the new release a documentary on the longstanding wars we have been through called "Why We Fight". I usually wouldn't be in to something like that, but it would be nice to know the history of wars from the Afghan War to others. On a scale of 1-10 in terms of understanding past wars I would come in at a 2. So I might go ahead and see it. I understand much better national politics and can make much better arguments.
I sometimes envy how good I have it down hear. I hear about blizzards and snow and freezing temperatures in the north and say how do people drive in the snow, trying to make sure your in the correct lane(because the snow is covering both lanes) I couldn't do it. Plus I like the temperatures we get down here and yes I know about the hurricanes but just because it's been a mess down here for the past two years doesn't mean we're going to get hit every year. You can guarantee heavy snow and blizzards up in the northeast and midwest every year that I couldn't put with but that's just me. You people who live there probably are used to it and don't mine. I also don't have to mention how fun it is down here compared to other places but I won't go into that today. Ok, I'm acting a bit smug but it's nothing personal. Take care.
