  •   I see I got off easy from my last post, most of you democrats would of hung me.  If you saw it, it would of gotten your blood boiled! Anyway another subject, ok today is the four year anniversary of 9/11, its funny when I woke up today I didn't feel any emotions or anything towards today, yes I care about what happened four years ago.  I guess it lost a little meaning. I know people say never forget today 3,000 people died. I guess to me year after year I forget, I feel for the victims tremendosly.  But here's a question and be honest, 39 years from know on September 11th will you remember what September 11 really meant. I mean on December 7th it will be the 64th anniversary of Pearl Harbor are we going to remember the victims who died that day heck will you even remember when you wake up on December 7th that before 9/11 it was our biggest attack on the United States, probably not.  I go through the day today and on occasion I say to myself what a tragic day, but it doesn't consume me.  I'm sure it doesn't you either, I'm not heartless I guess as the years go by it tends to lose a little emotion (I don't forget) this will always be a tragic day and we should never forget it but honestly ask yourself do you honestly feel anything on the day of December 7th.  I'm not attacking anyone or anything I'm just asking a question that I think we should think about sometimes in celebrating or honoring special days.

  • I don't know...9/11 was just an odd time for me.  Like I said in my post, I was lucky to have nothing taken from me...but my stepmom works (and did then) at the Pentagon and we hadn't heard from her at the time of that attack...and my father was stuck in Israel not allowed to come home.  So I guess it's a pretty memorable time for me.

So...do you have any form of messenger, AIM or yahoo?  Just wondering.

And as for the dancing thing...I'd say I'm a good dancer.  Much better than average but probably not the best.  I'm going to two colleges, one being The Boston Conservatory on a full-ride scholarship to dance.  I've also been dancing for over 16  years now.  It's a passion of mine and plays a strong role in who I am.

  • IM me sometime if you do:  Alexia Jasiegirl (AIM) and alexia_jasiegirl (yahoo)

  • Setting those things up are easier than xanga...try it sometime.  But don't worry : ) I'll still comment on xanga even if you don't.

  • I know how big of an Ann Coulter fan you are --haha-- and I thought you should see this.  http://www.thoseshirts.com/coulter.html

Ok, ok I know you probably hated that shirt, but this has got to be a shirt you will love: http://www.thoseshirts.com/reagan.html

I hope everything is great with you.

  • Hhmmm... Technically it would we would have hanged you. People are hanged, objects are hung... You do realize that was an estimate of how many people worked in the World Trade towers, not how many people died... right? This is the first entry of yours I have read, so I don't know how mad I would have been. Anyways, hope you are able to back yourself up when you say things (whatever they may be).

  • Haha! I wasn't mad!! Sorry if you thought I was... I was just saying that it wasnt 3000 people. That was the first time I had ever read yours, I had noticed that you had read mine so I decided to read yours. Take care and have fun being Independent!!!
